Mother Mile:
Run one mile at the track. Each corner is a sprint/run, each straight-away is something different:
1/2 Bear Crawl, 1/2 Crab Walk
Box Jump seats, run down stairs (3 ea)
1/2 Broad Jump, 1/2 Lunges
3 Jump-to-Support at each bar (5 bars)
Furpees
Run up steps, walk down seats
3/4 Cartwheels, 1/4 inchworm
Run up seats, run down stairs
Josh & Tyler approx. 15:00
Klumph & Clark approx. 19:00
Hiaasen 24:00
Who came up with this workout?!?!?!
